Employment Process:

The difference between contract and your full time hiring is that the employee will be on our permanent payroll. Their monthly salary is paid by you, but through us as an agency as we raise our monthly invoices. In place of a one-time service fee, your business need only pay us a nominal fee every month for the duration of the candidate’s contract period. This arrangement optimizes the cost to your company, and also eliminates the responsibility risks for the business since we, as the employers of the candidate, will cover the required assorted costs for you.
